okay app. fine when counting steps but I have been having trouble with the app actually connecting and recording the amount of sleep as well as heart rate which is pretty annoying.(I have Bluetooth on my phone on so it should be connected but watch regularly disconnects itself)

The watch face I had suddenly disappeared. I looked for it on the app but it doesn't seem to there. I downloaded a new one but wasn't happy with it so I tried to download a new one. The app wouldn't open the setting for watch faces. I uninstalled, reinstalled but still it wouldn't work. Waste of time!!

Im not sure it's counting my steps correctly. My sister has the same tracker and we've been on the same walk. She's got over 10,000 steps and mine says 3,222 which I know is wrong. 🤔update...tried again with this steps problem and its rubbish. going back to fitbit and wish i hadnt bought this.

Your fitness tracker uses multi axis inertial sensors called accelerometers. These detect wrist movement and the walking motion to measure step count. It is worth noting. Please also ensure your personal metrics are set up correctly including your stride length however note that arm movement/pace will affect the step count.
