I have had this watch for about 2 years, intially my wife used but gave up so I started to play with. I really didn't like it because it never worked properly, but after reading the manual and searching on line, I discovered my phone settings was the cause. I have used it successfully for 19 months and it is fantastic. I use the sleep pattern and the heart rate graphs, and discovered from the heart graph that I have Tachycardia and this is now being investigated. Fantastic value for money.

SSG 500 - Just awful! It won't stay connected to the phone. The GPS feature is only on the box, you won't find it in the watch. It doesn't count the steps correctly. Because it doesn't stay connected to the phone it won't show you the weather or the notifications. Thank you Silvercrest for this "fine" product, my confidence in your brand is so low right now, it could find oil.

New version fails to start up siting with a black screen. Now completely useless. There does not appear to be any way to export data so history would appear to be lost. Previous version was temperamental about re-synchronising with watch after being out of Bluetooth range and appeared to interfere with other Bluetooth devices paired with the phone.
