very slow... service... no proper customer voice calling support..! It's been almost a month since I placed the order... I haven't received the order... Customer care is only for namesake... There is no option to speak to someone directly over the phone... Please don't waste your time here! You will have to keep waiting... because the process is very slow.

Very disappointing experience. Ordered during the November sale with free shipping above ₹11,000. Products were shown as available, but after 3 months Boodmo cancelled most items citing “unavailability.” If items weren’t available, they shouldn’t have been sold. Poor service and misleading sale. Not recommended.

After you place your order, they keep changing the delivery date, and if you want to contact customer care, there's no option available. They don't reply to emails either, and if you check the status, they'll just say the problem has been solved. After two months, they cancelled the order themselves. Okay, they refunded the money, but my time was wasted. Maybe this only happened to me, but I think this has happened to everyone. I suspect their company has shut down.
