Very pathetic service. I ordered brake fluid, but the package was not delivered even after 17 days. Now the company has cancelled the order and is asking for an additional 6 days to process the refund. This is extremely poor service and a complete waste of time and money. The application is unreliable and misleading. I strongly suggest buying from local shops or other trusted platforms instead of using this one."

I never prefer this app since I have ordered some spare parts but they have informed me that the delivery date will be in 7 to 15 days. but now 2 months gone they have not delivered the goods. they are keep changing the dates like still it is in processing. it is really worst worst service. I have never seen this kind of service in e-commerce site. don't book any sparse in this app please. your time and money will be waste.

Buy only boodmo fulfilled parts, the third party sellers do not have stock at all, ETA given under assumption that item is ready to dispatch, in reality seller doesn't have item , moreover boodmo never contact seller, after frustration customers cancel their order , customer support is pathetic, no call only tickets, they just reply by standard copy paste , ultimately do not waste money and time on relying boodmo, visit local shop atleast who can take order & supply genuine aftermarket products
