Very high platform fees, no support, inaccurate delivery timeleines. My order got rescheduled twice, that too for an item from local same city seller! They seem to be only interested in collecting platform fees while customer waits indefinitely for the parts to be delivered or cancels out of frustration. Not recommended for time critical parts. Avoid if possible.

the worst platform never seen. I ordered one item and it was shown as will be delivered in 28 days while ordering. more than one and half month passed still not shipped. morely, to contact customer care on phone there is no way. when i raised the ticket for issue they are simply closing the ticket without resolution. These people are charging platform fee very high, and not responding to the issues. Very Very Bad platform.

It is a fake and worst app that I've seen ever. My order they sent through Delhivery. They returned it without attempting the delivery. Both boodmo and delhivery has option to create support tickets only. They don't have any customer support to raise issues. I raised multiple tickets in both the sites. No action was taken. Please don't use this app. It is a fraud application. zero customer support. You will get frustration after placing the order.
