They deliver apologies rather than service I have ordered three products from this app. Out of the three, two items I have received, and the third item was totally different from what I have ordered. I have initiated a refund process afterwards, and the person who came to collect the item failed to collect the item because of some QC check. This QC check, I don't know why they are doing the QC check at the customer end, whereas they are providing wrong items by themselves. Still seeking return

app ok. but it takes order, not available parts. and too late for sending products. where is the mistake? and extended the date in processing. please take minimum order limit. (only we want parts) because now your minimum order rs.500/- compulsory we order unnecessary unwanted product. its waste of money all of us.

I had a very disappointing experience with this app. There is no proper customer support available, and it is difficult to find any help or assistance when required. My order was delivered 2–3 days later than the expected date, and there was no clear communication or support regarding the delay. Overall, the service is not satisfactory due to lack of support and poor response. Kindly improve your customer service and communication. Thank you.
