Item shows delivered but not received and no tracking When an item isn't delivered because of Boodmo's screw-up, since they don't have good tracking or notifications for customers, how can a customer check which items are in transit? When you don't have a user-friendly tracking system, and I ordered multiple items! When I didn't get one item, it's normal to wait 3-4 days before calling customer service. Why would I lie about a 130 rupees item when I have more expensive stuff in the same order?

Very disappointing experience. Ordered during the November sale with free shipping above ₹11,000. Products were shown as available, but after 3 months Boodmo cancelled most items citing “unavailability.” If items weren’t available, they shouldn’t have been sold. Poor service and misleading sale. Not recommended i have alreadycontactedyour team. no proper response received

Worst app and very poor service. I placed an order and paid the full amount, but they still have not shipped my order. The status only shows “processing” for a long time with no proper update. Customer support is useless and does not solve the problem. Do not order anything from this app. Totally waste of money and time.
