Since the ordinance of October 21, 2019 resulting from the Egalim Law, public or private collective catering has the obligation to carry out an initial audit and to put in place a plan to fight against food waste. All players in the catering industry are mobilizing to achieve the 50% reduction targets by 2025 as set out in the Agec Law (Anti-Waste Law for a Circular Economy).
