I like the app, especially the optiTarget and optiFlex features. However, a transaction was made into my account since 1st of December and I am yet to be credited. I have sent multiple emails which got responses yet the issue has not been resolved. I now have doubts as to whether to continue with the app or not.

They will tell you account set up is complete after providing all KYC required documents, then you fund your account and they'll start telling that they are reviewing your documents for eight weeks now, you can't trade or do nothing. Customer Service keeps promising you that they'll follow up on Operation, that it's not their calls and all promises avail to nothing. Very frustrating experience 😕

I don't know if it's because the app is still new and all, but I am finding difficult to receive OTP on both my mobile number and email, and the frustrating part is I cannot move to the next category of 8 if i dont finish the one i am currently on., it just leaves me to unfinished requirements of (0/8). I really hope they work on it fast but aside that, I love the typography, the UI and the user experience.
