If there was an opportunity for a minus zero star I'd give it to this app! I can't access my account since the name change from Optimus to plutusneo- it's been one issue to the other. 60 seconds otp for a password reset and it takes ages to deliver it to the email not even the phone no. before you give an excuse that it may be the network. You eventually get the otp on your email and your entire 60 seconds have elapsed with a constant notification that the code you have entered is invalid!? -0 ⭐

ever since the most recent update I have noticed a lot of bugs and crashes sometimes your credentials just disappear and you have to log in like it's the first time other times every penny you have will get deleted and show a zero amount regardless of whatever savings or investments you have in your portfolio. this is a very scary thing. The app should be tested properly before being released, we want updates, however, if it is not broken make sure the fix actually fixes something.

I simply hate this new version forced upon us on December 2025, now I would open and login after 2 minutes the app simply goes blank. when I close and reopen, it simply does same thing if going blank. Please either get this fixed soonest or please roll back changes to previous version.
