for over 2 months now, the application can't launch whenever I tried to open it. I'll only see the splash screen and it will remain that way. I've not been able to access my profile and I've updated the application several times, even today. That's crazy!

It is easy to navigate, and it has a rapid customer service response It has multiple ways to login incases where you forget the 4-digit pin this alone helped me well until I remembered mine hence the 5-star!!! 🫂

The app is interactive overall, but I wish to see more features. I love the fact that you don't charge for transfer fees though. Edit: I'm editing my rating from 4-star to 2-star because this app has a way of leaving you stranded if you need your money urgently. They'll just wake up one day and disable one crucial feature like withdrawal button, simply because they're "working on it", without prior notice to customers. They've done this to me more than once so I have to edit my review.
