Whether you’re recovering at home or recently discharged from a skilled nursing facility (SNF), OPTIONS makes it easier to follow your care plan—right from your phone or tablet.
Rooted in evidence-based practices, the OPTIONS App delivers an integrated care model to improve post-fracture recovery through three core areas: exercise, nutrition, and bone health medication management.
