Ratings and reviews

I strongly recommend everyone to stay away from this application. They collect a lot of your personal information and documents, but their service is extremely disappointing. You select a committee slot according to your needs, and later they can change it, defeating the whole purpose of selecting a slot. On a PKR 200,000 committee, they charge around PKR 30,000, which is extremely high. Even after paying such heavy charges, you may not get the committee according to the timing you selected.

Oraan makes saving through committees much easier and more organized. I like that everything is managed through the app, from instalments to payment tracking, which makes the whole process feel convenient and hassle-free. A great option for anyone who prefers committee-based saving.

The app works okay. My only problem is whenever I have a query or problem, there customer support team takes too much time to response. They don't take any calls and give you 48 hours to get back to you which is a very slow response time. They need to fix their customer support response time.
