This is the most complicated app I have ever come across. Literally asking me to change my WiFi router settings to connect to an airfrier is ridiculous and completely unacceptable. Style up on all your apps, please! I bought this gadget because of the promised recipes on the app which I can't even get to after multiple attempts. Ignoring app development & improvements is the antithesis of everything you claim to be about as a brand. It's so bad, we need a press release explaining what's going on

There's no way to delete erronously accepted data after you've taken your weight. This is rediculous that once you accept the data, you can't delete it. It remains as part of your record/timeline. And I don't understand why it needs location data to connect to to the scale that only has bluetooth. This should be fixed.

I bought the scale hoping to get a good estimation on my body metrics but the app isn't able to pair with the device on Android phones. The iOS version of the app works perfectly. Why can't we have the same experience on Android? The last update of this app was in November 2021. Please update the app as soon as possible.
