This is the most complicated app I have ever come across. Literally asking me to change my WiFi router settings to connect to an airfrier is ridiculous and completely unacceptable. Style up on all your apps, please! I bought this gadget because of the promised recipes on the app which I can't even get to after multiple attempts. Ignoring app development & improvements is the antithesis of everything you claim to be about as a brand. It's so bad, we need a press release explaining what's going on

Why have you abandoned this app? Over 2 years and no update. And you are still selling devices in 2026 that are suppose to rely on this same outdated app - why? My oraimo scale is working perfectly but the readings on the app are upside simply because the app is outdated and can't cope anymore. This is bad for a brand like yours.

There's no way to delete erronously accepted data after you've taken your weight. This is rediculous that once you accept the data, you can't delete it. It remains as part of your record/timeline. And I don't understand why it needs location data to connect to to the scale that only has bluetooth. This should be fixed.
