Official and free app for Orange customers, individuals, and businesses with up to 5 lines, with which you can manage all your Orange services from your mobile phone.

Advantages of using the My Orange app:

• Orange Assistant. If you need help from one of our agents at any time, chat with them through the Orange Assistant. They will provide you with a solution 24/7.

• Clear and accessible invoices. View all the details of your invoice, download it as a PDF or email it to yourself, compare it with other months, change the billing cycle, or change your current account. If you are self-employed, we provide invoices for quarterly VAT.

• Line management. Review the details of your rate, the services contracted for each line, and modify them if you wish.

• Check your usage. Check the minutes and megabytes used on each of the lines in your contract, view the details of your calls, or view additional usage for your rate, etc.

• Track your order. Follow the provisioning status of your fiber optic cable, the delivery of your new smartphone, etc.

• Configure your Livebox router. Manage your Wi-Fi and configure your Livebox router and connected devices.

• Access #BeOrange, your Orange loyalty program. Just for being a customer, benefit from exclusive rewards, benefits, and discounts.

• Enjoy the Entertainment Center. Access and activate the entire range of soccer, movies, series, and gaming. Activate DAZN, Amazon, and Netflix.

• Renew and subscribe. Renew your phones, get accessories, and subscribe to everything you need to complete your plan.

• Top-up. If you're prepaid, top-up your card and check your balance.

• Your contract. Check your contract details, access your personal details, and sales receipts.

• Orange stores. Make an appointment at one of our stores or find your nearest store.

Ridiculously bad mobile service provider, app and customer service. Recharging the SIM is very buggy and the so called customer service will spam you with ads and ignore you instead of trying to solve the issue. I have tried several times with the same result. Completely incompetent. Uninstalled and switched provider. Edit re dev reply: Nope your whatsapp service is exactly the same I tried that aswell. And ofc you don't have a proper email address either. Worst company. Byee

Seems like a very comprehensive app, unfortunately it's all in Spanish. Considering Orange is a global telecom provider, with the app available, I'm assuming in other languages depending on the country, why not provide the option of selecting a language (like some smaller telecom providers, Hits for example). As the text in the app cannot be cut and pasted into a translator, I am unable to make use of this app :(

sick and tired of orange, wouldnt give me a refund after recharge and not receiving data and calls 2 times in a row and when you speak with them they put you on a chat bot that gives you advertisement, time to change provider
