Online support is so slow! I started a chat online asking for support at 10.05 this morning. I have waited up to 50 minutes between exchanges and at 14.55 my problem has still not been resolved. All I want to do is add a number to my account. The number is linked to my OM account which I can see when I go directly in to OM but in Max It it doesn’t show up. So frustrating and time consuming.

I can't open the app inorder to pay my bills, this has been on going since I installed the apps and whenever I pay my bills manually with #144# it tells me to pay my bills next time on the app...... knowing fully well the app does not work whenever I try opening it to make payments.... please do something about it

Great app. The redesign is clearly better. Congrats for this achievement. But I still don't see all my transactions and the app is currently unusable. I can't connect. Surely a server issue. Keep going!
