Pensive allows you to rate your mood out of 10. Use it as a mood tracker through the day.

To go more in-depth: Start your day with an affirmation. This empowers you to choose the direction you want your day to go.

Keep track of your mood and activities daily. Journal in small snippets or make them elaborate. Add your mood, write a post, log your activities and add photos to every journal entry.

This makes the perfect gratitude diary. Looking back through your diary entries allows you to reminisce.

Journal in small snippets to stay aware of how you use your time daily, and how it makes you feel. A good mindfulness practice to bring more attention to your life.

End your day with a bit of mindfulness. Write about things you were grateful for and what you can improve upon. Do guided meditation to end your day so that you can start the next day fresh!

With these simple mindfulness tools, you can take charge of your life and how you experience it by paying a bit more attention to how you feel daily. A tool to move you towards your well-being.

LOVE. IT!!! Simple. Straight to the point. Not intrusive when reminding you to make an entry. Looking forward to using this as the years go 😌😌. Update: you disabled landscape view? You were the Chosen One!! Nooo!!!

I'm able to come on the app and choose what I want to write about how my day is/was... and rate my day based on how I feel when I'm writing... I have never had a single issue/problem w the app while I'm using it... and it doesn't slow down my phone... I love this app...

I love this app, especially since it has meditation. I just wish it had more of them. But, I do them all sometimes twice a day, and it really helps.
