Ratings and reviews

Cannot download statements older than three months app crashes. But orange says no problem go figure.

There is a serious problem with Orange. In all banking apps the internal transfers are the most simple operations but not with Orange! you cannot see easily the Orange costumers in the contact list. When you choose a contact you are not able to see the phone number! The Orange to Orange transfer is done by SMS! when you transfer money by SMS, the cellphone number is added to bénéficieries without a name. Such kind of disaster programing and design couldn't be found elsewhere.

For payments, the usual order is "from" this account "to" this account, whereas Orange does the opposite! Bigger payments/transfers are slow due to checks by phone, even between my accounts! No instant bank transfers. Contactless easy to use compared to Crédit Mutuel.
