Alive Please is a simple check-in reminder app.

Tap "I'm alive" daily to record your status and consecutive check-in days. You can set reminder times, quiet nighttime hours, and random care reminders, making checking in a lightweight daily habit.

If you haven't checked in for a long time, Alive Please can remind you before sending a notification, according to your settings; if you still haven't checked in, the app will notify designated family and friends via email.
