I subscribed to the monthly fee of 19.99, downloaded the app and was asked for a password, which I don't have yet. So I followed their instructions and hit "forgot password". They sent me a link but there is a page error. I sent a message to the support team hours ago and have heard nothing. I can't get into the program or even cancel the subscription because I don't have a password. This is beyond frustrating.

This app does not work properly. It's been stuck on a workout and will not progress. There is no instruction for most of the workouts. I contacted customer support and was told I had to wait to request a money back guarantee which I did then when I requested it they say they can only do $10. Their app us faulty. It's sketchy how it even flows. This is a huge waste of money. I followed the steps to get their guarantee and they offer me $10. I'm also reporting to the BBB due to the $10 offer

It sucks they dont show how to do the dance, and its way too fast to learn. Its like dancing where everyone knows the dance but you not as the ad descibed,it was fun songs and it wasent rushed, now sucky music. And super fast, and it wont let you re watch videos over a few times to learn the moves..i get a better work out at work with seniors . I spent my hard earned money..i thought it would be fun on my graveyard shifts, unless u have i phone no hooking to tv on androud without a cable.smh
