Ratings and reviews

The app is garbage. After installing and opening it, it doesn't tell you that you have actions to complete (like signing a document) without navigating 3 clicks deep. So now my closing date is missed because my homeowners policy isn't bound. Also the link in the app to contact them and email them is broken. if there's actions required, make it obvious on page 1 after signing in. Also after getting the lenders binder information added and loan is in force, it doesn't auto-notify the lender.

I love the app when it works. I paid my bill last month with no problem. This month the app crashed when I tried to enter my credit card details.

Won't let me sign it. I even had customer service send me link to reset password, which worked. However when I went to sign in through the app, it crashed and gave me error message. they need to fix their App.
