Oh dear. What an unmitigated disaster this app is! It downloaded fine from the app store. So no issue with the connection. It opened fine. The search worked fine. And that's where it all fell apart. No amount of tapping the screen would persuade any of the search results to open. So unfortunately it's being uninstalled. It's back to Screwfix and Toolstation I'm afraid!

Worst app I've ever tried to use. So complicated. As an example I have been trying to use click & collect, but it keeps going to home delivery. Also it is adding in more items than I'm ordering or trying to order. I suggest you sack the five year old who designed it. In the meantime, I'm switching my order to B&Q and I'm not kidding. Bloody awful.

Search and finding a product is ok but clicking to view and purchase doesn't do anything. I downloaded the screwfix app. Let me know when the bug is fixed.
