Getting your ticket
E-tickets may look like a humble barcode but when they’re stored in your app’s Booking section, they become the quick and easy way to travel, so no need to interact with anyone or anything when in the train station or onboard a train.

Picking up tickets from a ticket machine
If you plan to pick up your tickets from a ticket machine, you'll need your reference numbers which are stored in the bookings section to view at any time.

Using your Smartcard
Request a new Smartcard through the app when making your next ticket purchase. We will then send you your Smartcard in the post. You may then load the ticket onto your Smartcard at the gate.

Ratings and reviews

Every day I do the same journey. Yet every day, your app suggests two different stations as the default. Why can't it learn? So many missed opportunities in the app to be helpful and show extra info like platform but ultimately just clunky and unclever

Worst apps and not really helpful customer service. Already made the payment for the tickets with the credit card already charged but claimed they didn't receive it. Finally, there are no tickets and my money is gone.

Good for information but unable to login on Android version since a recent update. Credentials are fine online and on iPhone app, but Android app fails saying to check credentials. Hopefully this will be fixed soon?
