I give 3 stars due to (STOCK ISSUE,PRICE HIKE) and rider problems. I ordered a medicine shown as available but they called to say it was not so I canceled. Then I ordered the same generic drug from another company. 40 pieces at 450 taka/10 pieces, but only 30 were available and the price increased to 475 taka/10 pieces, increase of 75 taka for 30 pieces. Rider didn’t navigate properly I had to walk 150m to get the order.

Decent App. Started using for most of house hold meds needs. But they need to improve online inventorying of availability of meds, instead of calling to cross check, even after cross check sometimes they seem to find out certains meds are not available. This hassle can be addressed just by updating online inventory. Also, they need to reduce and have a predictable delivery time.

Worst app ever! Lacks quality & important functionality. Possibly the app is developed by any cheap third class android app developer who has learnt developing from Youtube!! And the same is applicable for the website developer!! Medicines can neither be added to cart, nor be bought, all these buttons are just like images with no functionality!! No information of recent orders, in their app & in website too!! Their website can not process payment with cards!! Worst!! 🤮🤮🤮
