Ratings and reviews

This site treats customers like trash. They require advance payment for cash on delivery options, but don't provide any payment link. Their customer support will call only once at a random time & if you can't pick up the call, they cancel the order without their consent. Their complaint managing is also trash & you will face many difficulties if you try to complain to solve your problem with delivery. Basically it's a scam website to trap you with advance payment.

"Do not download this app! They gave me a specific delivery time, but the product never arrived, even after seven days, when it was supposed to take five. When I informed them, they just cancelled my order. This app is rubbish! Also, they never reply to messages. I messaged them on Messenger asking them to hurry up or send a good product, but they wouldn't respond at all. It's complete harassment! I wasted seven days waiting. I'm so disappointed."

I tried ordering some items from "Desh Logistics" shop but after them in my cart I found them shown in separate shipments with separate delivery charge. Why keep the products in the same shop then? Also they have no way to chat with the sellers. when I tapped on the chat button,it just took me to Othoba's fb page. And there they didn’t even bother replying to my queries. Considering they've been around for some years now,this is very disappointing.
