horrible horrible site. they can't confirm if the amount is paid or not after 3 call to call center. no one have clue. Item request for purchased at 18th July and it was cash on delivery. I paid on 18 10% advance (although it was cash on delivery). I made a mistake to put the actual order number in bask payment. they called after 2-3 days that my order is cancelled as I didn't paid the advance. then I shared my details and mistake was identited. but since then 4-6 time called but no 1 can help.

thay don't have in app chat option with seller, they divert to Facebook. but I don't use Facebook. seller post wrong product info which looks suspicious. no order tracking for location they force to use map. but map don't select location name if not well known. they only show broad location name, like dhaka bangladesh. UX is bad.

I feel completely cheated by this online platform. I confirmed product availability over the phone before making the payment, yet after making me wait for 7 days, they canceled my order without any notification or valid explanation. I have tried contacting customer support more than 20 times, but nobody answers. There is no clear information about my refund either. This is, without a doubt, one of the most terrible customer service experiences I have ever encountered.
