The app is fine. I loved this originally when they were combined with the plant food, stop the bite, and lawn deodorants. Now it's just an extremely overpriced sprinkler. It worked great but then after they stopped selling the other items for it ming got a message about the sprinkler head. My guess is that the chemicals used to do some type of a cleaning as well to the head. The company only said that the entire unit will have to be replaced. Not buying another one as it's just a sprinkler now..

This app has a good UI, and is intuitive. I've only had it crash 1 time. I use it daily. I honestly don't know why others have rated it lower. I have 5 OTO Sprinkler Devices - Each has between 5 and 9 programs running. One of which, I'm using for dousing a firepit as needed. These cover 4,000+ sq ft of lawn, dozens of trees, & flower beds. The solutions are fantastic as well. My neighbors have mosquitoes, and we have next to none. I don't have think think about fertilizing, it just happens.

My wife and I love the two OtO units we have! We have flowering and fruiting plants that need to be watered on different schedules and are moved throughout the year, and the OtO lets us water them on custom schedules and amounts as we need to. Nothing else (other than manual watering) lets us do this. The app works well but can start lagging if you start drawing complicated area maps. We've found making multiple smaller area maps as an easy workaround. The support team is also fantastic.
