Very good launcher, completely replaced Nova launcher for me. The free version even offers some Nova Premium features, such as Hide Apps, Draw Folders. There are some serious bugs, though. One example: it worked well on my modern phone and tablet, but on my spare phone running Android 8, the auto rotate cannot be set up: touch this option once, the Octopi immediately falls apart and can not be recovered. I have to delete data and cache, and restart the setup process.

App is pretty good but has some room for improvement and refinement. With the most recent takeover/sale of Nova launcher and the inclusion of ad tracking there, the dev on this app has an opportunity to grab some market share if they can implement some of the things people love about Nova. You could also bump your pro license fee a couple of bucks as I think many people would pay $4.99 for the pro version, especially as you don't have ad trackers. Keep working on it and good luck!

So far I like what I see. I don't seem to have any control over the order of icons in home screen folders though. Otherwise, great start! Changing to 5 stars. Developer had a VERY quick response to show me where to find the option to arrange folder icons. Looking forward to future with this launcher. This really seems to be the Nova Launcher replacement we've been looking for.

Simply long press the folder and select arrange items. Some improvements will come in this area to make ordering icons inside folders easier
