My only current issue is if I create an invoice through the app the Pickup and Delivery options do not present. I have to save the invoice and reopen it in the web version, therefore I do not use the app for creating invoices. OTR did hear me when I stated my displeasure about popups and removed ads from my account. I much appreciated that.

This app is absolutely ATROCIOUS!!! Very inaccurate prices. They are 60 to 80 cents off from the actual price. It's happened multiple times in multiple states! Stay away!

Even with new updates, app is just horrible... almost every time I try to upload a document it kicks me out to dashboard page...ongoing issue for a while now...when I call OTR they tell me IT department says all is good on their end and try to blame stuff on my phone! I have latest Samsung, newest update on this app, I Uninstalled and reinstalled app million times...nothing works
