Absolutely useless. If I could rate it lower than a 1 I would. The app just does not work. Takes forever to load then you get an error message saying the site doesn't exist. Complete waste of time and space. Big Y could do so much better than this.

Easy to navigate. I switched prescriptions over myself, and they were ready to pick up the next day! My previous pharmacy constantly had a line, and a few of the staff were incredibly rude and irritated when you asked for help. I have never waited at Big Y, and every person I have met behind their counter has been professional and genuinely pleasant. Everything I have needed was in stock, or ordered and filled within a few days. A+++

Absolutely dogshit experience. As a new customer, there's just no point trying to use this to establish or transfer a prescription. Nothing works and the error messages are useless.
