So easy to use, I often find the entities who are sent the information are not consistent in their communication back to you. The SSS app makes it so easy to report something. It is all too easy to just walk past something and think that somebody else will report it, with Snap Send Solve there is no excuse not to report items that are needing fixing or work done. It makes out community much safer and pleasant.

Great idea. Shame it's so buggy and slow. Map gets stuck so next button does nothing, photos just show a white screen, doesn't remember your frequently used categories correctly, can't read photo location some of the time, disables copy and paste, no way to export your data, only last 50 snaps can be accessed solvers still view snaps when cancelled. Only solvers can transfer not the reporter so you're stuck making another report. Edit: Not sure what you want me to email, it's all here.

I've reported numerous problems with this app including pictures on my Samsung not displaying, using an & in messages and other problems. They do respond to my "feedback" but months later NOTHING is fixed. Getting a bit frustrated here esp. when I can't even use my USB keyboard to send a message to SSS.
