Each week you’ll have the chance to win $250, PLUS $250 for a charity close to your heart.

Last year, over 85,000 Snaps were sent and, thanks to our hard-working Solvers, over 80% of closed reports were marked as Solved.

EDIT: Thank you. Close and replace sounds like the only viable option then. Previous F/B: WHY can't reports be edited? There's no law that says Snappers can't fix an error. The wording on the "edit review" page: "Edit history is public unless you delete the review." All good, IMHO. Surely, some Snappers have given the wrong address, photo, or something else that simply wastes a Solver's time? In all other respects, this app is fantastic! Thank you for creating this innovative service!

Hi Noel, Once a report has been sent using Snap Send Solve, no further edits can be made. The best way to update information in a report that has already been sent is to contact the Solver directly and quote your Snap Send Solve report number. Alternatively, you can lodge a new report with the updated information and cancel the original report.

Fantastic! Although sometimes it goes to the wrong council. It would be great if i could add additional info to a report at least once..ie if i had a photo or same thing happened again a day later etc. I work for a council and receive these reports and would like to see mobile and email mandatory mostly for follow and reporting reasons. I feel like it should be a condition of us. SSS could reach out to find out what dept catagories are used and make them match a bit better. Otherwise i love it.

Have had the App for years. Now I've been logged out?.... Asking me to login? Give email to send link... no link sent.... After numerous emails finally got a link to verify Account?.... Hit verify and EVENTUALLY you get notification that next time you open the app, you will be logged in! ..... Open App and it still needs you to login???....wants email to send link..... around and around and around

What’s new

We’re now introducing video uploads in addition to photos, but only for specific incidents where the Solver can receive it. When prompted be sure to add a video to your next Snap.
