The app utilizes the same bank-level security that protects you when you’re on Internet Banking. The app also features a unique 4-digit passcode setting that prevents unauthorized access.


GETTING STARTED
To use the Ohio Valley Bank Mobile App, you must be enrolled as an Ohio Valley Bank Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials. After you successfully login to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.

Ratings and reviews

Not a fan of the new update. Forces me to have a pass code on my phones lock screen to have quick access to the app, but if I don't have it, it makes me sign in manually every time. Just let me use my 4-digit code like I was using before.

I dont like this new update. I have to have a password on my lockscreen, along with a pass code on my bank app just to stay signed in it. I shouldn't have to have codes like this just to use an app. please change it back to what it was this is ridiculous. I dont want to have a pass code on my lock screen to use one app. seriously?

Won't let me on half the time now as of 4 19 25 it won't update and tells me to check for update app. this is not working very well. now I can't get into my account at all. this is terrible. 2 13 26 .
