GETTING STARTED
To use the Ohio Valley Bank Mobile App, you must be enrolled as an Ohio Valley Bank Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials. After you successfully login to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.

Ratings and reviews

The app is convenient and helps to track your accounts without the need to call in or go to a bank in person. The only downside is server maintenance or when its down for holiday reasons.

the biggest issue is the lock out wanting password and user name on weekends when bank is closed so you can't get help . ruined my vacation 2 weeks ago was locked out couldn't use my app to transfer money thanks for ending my vacation 3 days early

They are a good bank and they keep your account secure. I'm glad I picked them for my banking.
