This has been a nightmare having to switch from Overdrive to Libby. It constantly crashes and makes it hard to follow an audiobook. I tried asking my local library what I could do or if anyone else had similar experiences...they seem to believe everyone loves it. It's horrible. I wish I had the old Overdrive app back. That was reliable and didn't crash. Ever!

Mostly great. UI is very intuitive and controls are easy. My one issue, and why it's getting 4 out of 5 is how the holds are managed when you say "deliver later". Sometimes it works great, others it sends you all the way to the back of the line. I've been waiting 8 weeks for a 2nd time on a book because I wanted to deliver 3 days later. Hopefully this can get fixed.

I'm really amazed at the negative reviews on Libby. My experience over the past year plus has been excellent. Book an audiobook availability or an issue with your library in their holdings not with the app. I particularly love the ability to see what's available now. I find reading and listening to books very easy and I love the way it allows me to manage holds when too many things are available at the same time. I can delay delivery for a week or two without going to the back of the line.
