Overdrive has been consistently fantastic but I made the switch because they're shutting it down in favor of this mess. Libby is supposed to be new and improved but so far it sucks, especially in comparison. The navigation is awkward and childish, the search function seems to pick and choose words at random, my borrowing history is gone, and the app constantly tells me that it's "encountered an unexpected problem while completing this task." Stay on Overdrive as long as you can!

Rename of Overdrive media app. A navigational mess. It looks fashionable, if that is your criteria. It automates process that should have been automated before . It doesn't get the concept that the book you are currently reading should be at the top of the list. Figuring out where things are is clumsy mess. It takes a lot of searching and finding tiny navigation arrow to find things.

Got a message that overdrive App will stop working soon and to try the new libby app. I figured if it's the new and improved version it'll work great. WRONG! It sucked from the first minute. I thought maybe I just needed to get used to it. But it's missing a TON of features. Like the ability to have your book show up in sections so you can scroll through like one hour of a book instead of 19 hours or whatever. It's seems like a slightly prettier in exchange for a way worse program. HATE IT!!!!!
