Mostly great. UI is very intuitive and controls are easy. My one issue, and why it's getting 4 out of 5 is how the holds are managed when you say "deliver later". Sometimes it works great, others it sends you all the way to the back of the line. I've been waiting 8 weeks for a 2nd time on a book because I wanted to deliver 3 days later. Hopefully this can get fixed.

It shuts off at random times! I'm getting upset with app, and I'm a library assistant! Overdrive was pretty damn reliable and I recommended it without pause. When I inform patrons about Libby it goes something like this; "Hey did you know that the Libby app from overdrive is available for free? Yeah, just use your Library card! No, it's not as reliable as Overdrive was, but when it doesn't randomly shut down in the middle of the chapter it works fairly well." 😔 I just don't get the issue.

Libby is not nearly as intuitive as the Overdrive app was. It continually crashes and is super slow. When it works it's OK, but it glitches a lot. Most recently it's been giving me a list of "available" books, then when I try to borrow one it tells me that it's not available. Also, I keep getting error messages when I try to play an audiobook in the app and it has stopped working entirely on my homescreen.
