I don't want to use other ordering apps like Door Dash / Uber so I'm glad they have their own. And, it gives you points for rewards! I also feel like the ordering interface is better than the more universal apps, maybe because it's specialized for just this restaurant.

I want to support you, but you can't charge me MORE to do so. At least meet the prices from your competitors. I just stopped ordering at all from you because now I feel guilty ordering from GrubHub, but I'm not willing to pay more...so instead you've guilted me into not buying from you at all.
