Ratings and reviews

I don't want to use other ordering apps like Door Dash / Uber so I'm glad they have their own. And, it gives you points for rewards! I also feel like the ordering interface is better than the more universal apps, maybe because it's specialized for just this restaurant.

I want to support you, but you can't charge me MORE to do so. At least meet the prices from your competitors. I just stopped ordering at all from you because now I feel guilty ordering from GrubHub, but I'm not willing to pay more...so instead you've guilted me into not buying from you at all. If I'm even in the area I'll go in person, but this app has lost you business for sure.
