Please update my membership status, i already sent many emails in your contact but no respond and your in app update always saying that it was already update and saying that i need to send email to someone.. However after sending multiple emails no response coming from your side. Very disappointing service.

This app still needs a lot of improvements. They give very long username you can't change, can't access phone camera to upload photos and the worst is payment is only thru Landbanks. So if you don't have Landbank account this app is useless for you.No gcash, or any other banks.

The app is slow. it also tells me I am not an OFW. I have been working abroad since 2024. I am a registered OFW if I wasn't I would not have been able to get an OEC everytime I fly out of PH after my vacation. This app is a joke! Then it asks you to update the app when there's no update available.
