I booked Oyo room earlier and gave check in time between 6-9pm and when the day came for me to check in I was on the way and I received confirmation call around 6:15pm . He asked how in much time I will be there. I said in around 45 minutes. And I received message my booking is cancelled. And when I called the hotel reception he didn't talked properly and said to contact Oyo around 15 minutes I called Oyo and the line was completely busy. I was in distant land my booking canceled for no reason. Had to suffer because of them
They do not stay up to their words regarding early check in ..... u cant be sure with oyo rooms that u will get a room before the check in time even after paying the amount before hand ..... just pathetic Now they are playing a game with Thier customer.... Increasing the cost of Thier rooms by 40-50% and then giving discount of 35% ..... All customers aren't morons ....
Even though we got confirmation in the app for the booking the hotel denied to give the rooms. It means we can not believe the confirmation. Be careful. They waited us for almost one hour outside hotel at 9pm with family.after that also they unable to resolve issue. Have gone to another hotel. Worst service. Wants to give 0 star. But not possible
Worst app. It displays the facilities provided by hotels and OYO ROOMS that are not true. Example: It display Oyo rooms 656 has power backup. When u reach there in reality, THERE IS NO POWER BACK UP ! I Oyo rooms really fools the customers. Its way better to avoid this silly OYO
Had an amazing experience yesterday... it was great....everything was upto mark.. things were same as they were shown in pics.. and facilities too... everything was there...which was mentioned in app.. loved it.. would love to go again n again.... service boys were good... and.. one thing i loved that.. u provided us with a boutique product .. i liked it the most.. as you maintain ur luxurious features... nd for me.. oyo rooms are .. luxury .. neat, clean and maintained and one more thing they provide us with easy booking features... which is really great . Easy to use and useful too😊
Im one of the initial users of OYO. Had some great experiences of hotel stays with reasonable prices. Though they have started with great promises, but over the time there performance have drastically detorriated. The prices of the hotels have gone up but the services didn't improved. During my last two stays I was charged way beyond the regular charges of those hotels. The OYO Captain is of no use, these guys never picked up your calls when you actually require them. Oyo should understand that, there are many similar service providers available in the market who are looking for customers. Therefore it's time for Team Oyo to pull up there shocks....else people will not hesitate to say Good bye to OYO like I did....
