I just switched to PACFCU and got enrolled in online banking and downloaded the app. I cannot use Zelle or, apparently, half the other online banking services because my app doesn't actually have those items/options. I looked up "how to set up and use Zelle on my app" on the website. It says to go to the main menu and select "transfer and pay". The sample images on this play store page show a screen say "Transfer and Pay". My version of the app (which is the latest version) doesn't have it.

It's always been terrific. Since the merger though, being unable to make payments on the app for credit card payments is really unfortunate. When will this function become available again?

This app used to work with no fail, but lately it NEVER WORKS! I don't know what happened, but fix it please! Always says there is an error or to call the branch. You have a mobile app so YOU DON'T HAVE TO CALL THE BRANCH. So incredibly annoying.
