The calls go through fine and the kids seem to be happy with them. My biggest compaint is that there is no way I've been able to find to edit my account information. The name associated with my account is incorrect and there is no way to change it. While it does not affect the calls made, just imagine someone addressing by someone else's name with every interaction. It's really annoying and aggravating after a while. I may look for an alternative next year for that reason alone.

I gave it 4 stars because there's no interaction with the child. Message is good. App should detail ALL items that need to be done & show progress on each: Santa letters, Nice Guides, Videos, Calls, etc. Shouldn't have to keep checking emails for all items & utilize app for calls only. This year I'm missing quite a few emails showing completion of each item. Then I'm told to go to a different website to check things & send in a request ticket too. CONFUSING

Great when it works. Our kiddos' calls did not come on Christmas Eve this year. I had to login to reschedule them for the day after Christmas. Even then, the app stopped & shut down instead of calling. I logged in & had to manually push the call now button for each child. The kids caught in to the fact that there wasn't variety in the after Christmas call options. We've used the app for several years & this is the first time we've had problems. Looks like the software hasn't been updated.
