Difficult to navigate (both the UI and the routing), opening the Route page centers on a map section a few miles southwest of the actual route (far enough to not show any of the stops), the alert that you've arrived at a stop ALWAYS happens several houses too early, I cannot count how often the "Optimization" tried to make me do a 180 on a 1-Way street to get to a stop I went by to reach what I just did, and there's more issues than 500 characters will allow.

Hello Kiden. We are sorry your experience was poor. Please update to 2.33.12 via the PlayStore to get all the latest bug fixes and improvements. On your NAV issues, please try running the opto, then tap EXIT. This will remove voice from your opto and should remove any lag therein. Please text support for the fastest resolve. 360-540-3295

This is a terrible, very finicky app to use. It crashes frequently and gets stuck in a loading loop, refusing to work. It refuses to fully download all stops. It crashes when you try to use the built-in tools like adding a stop or using navigation. It is so very unreliable and frustrating to use. I wish my company would switch to a different app.

This app is very slow, lags and freezes constantly. I have to keep the app open throughout my route to reference it when I need to. If I close the app it takes forever to go threw the process of selecting my route again and waiting for my dots to show up. The app often freezes while its trying to process my route after opening the app. It's a constant headache and burns a lot of time waiting for the app to respond.
