5 SECONDS TIME LIMIT OTP CODE How can I log in when the code is not even automatically copy pasted?? I'm not a robot who can scan and read the code real quick! I still need to exit the app and MEMORIZE the code for 1 second because it takes 3 seconds or MORE for my phone to receive the CODE. Please kindly adjust the time limit to a reasonable amount! I do not have the fastest hands due to injury! Thank you!

Their rewards are useless. The customer service agents repetitively say the same script over and over again it's annoying. Promos that were supposedly effective from March 15 to May 15 are not available or as they say not launched yet. How come? Your system glitches when it comes to redeeming promos and your chatbot doesn't provide solutions. You have slow to no resolution of current issues that affect your app. Such disappointment. You don't even deserve a single star. This is a scam.

It is inconvenient and not useful. A failed transaction will still debit your balance. When you reach out to their customer service, they will just make you wait 2-3 business days. And this was my first time using this app, and it was for an emergency.
