Awesome workout programing, high quality video, pretty stable app (very low number of crashes), and good overall design. My main issue though is the choppy progressions from workout to workout. I have to watch the instructional video, do the exercise, stop, watch the next video, stop, next video, stop, etc. It would help if the workouts were more streamlined one to the next only stopping (or repeating) if you need them to. Chris (the trainer) is a dope coach and helps breakdown the exercises in a precise and easy to follow way. The app just isn't there tho. I would however recommend checking out their YouTube channel.
Would love to use app however as other people have stated, I also apparently do not have a valid email address. Tried going through website to register still not a valid email. Guess they still need to fix this issue.
Nice app, when it comes to video material and trainings. Unfortunately the picture/insta-section is somewhat poor,. Pictures aren't displayed at a proper aspect ratio.(S7 Edge)
Check out the youtube channel too! Best info for calisthenics. I went from 245 to 185 in three months and never thought in my life id be able to do a handstand, but now i do handstand push-ups!
I can't register because the app always says "enter valid email address", even though I did type my valid email address. Can you fix it?
