The Palm Tran Connection app is for reserving door-to-door trips up to three days in advance, checking on live trip status, canceling trips on the same day or future booked trips, checking eligibility status, updating contact information, or adding compliments or complaints.
The door-to-door service is for pre-approved users in Palm Beach County, Florida. For Eligibility questions, you may call 561-649-9838 Option 7. Applications are not available on the web. To become eligible for the service, the applicant must have a cognitive or mobility limitation that prevents the individual from using the accessible City Buses. Good for booking trips when it works. Shows different info than passweb shows. Web is more accurate.

Once again the app isn't giving any time estimates or showing the bus location. Sigh.

This new App is totally useless. If you have search a second ID the app doesn't remember both. The previous App was tons better. Also, in the new App, the map is minute almost impossible to see, the information and details of the trip are not fully provided as well as before. In summary, how can this useless App was approved to substitute the previous one that worked much better.
