About this app

TrainLog lets you choose Flexible or Fixed days for your workout schedule. Pick a mode at first launch and switch anytime in Settings.

■ Flexible mode
Set how many days between sessions for each exercise—for example, bench press every 3 days, abs every day.
• See what's due today at a glance on the Workout screen
• Rest a day and your plan reschedules automatically from the next day
• Skip exercises when you can't train today

■ Fixed days mode
A weekday-based schedule—for example, "this exercise on Monday and Thursday."
• For people who follow a set weekly menu
• Check today's plan on the Workout screen

■ Simple logging
• Weighted — record weight and reps per set
• Bodyweight — track reps or duration in seconds
• Your last session fills in automatically for quick entry
• Rest timer between sets
• Rate how you feel today on a 5-level scale

■ Exercises & history
Set name, icon, priority, default sets, and schedule freely. View personal bests and past records per exercise. Look back day by day on the Calendar screen.

■ Local & simple
• No account required
• Data stays on your device
• Light, Dark, or System appearance
• English, Japanese, and more
