TrainLog lets you choose Flexible or Fixed days for your workout schedule. Pick a mode at first launch and switch anytime in Settings.
■ Flexible mode
Set how many days between sessions for each exercise—for example, bench press every 3 days, abs every day.

■ Fixed days mode
A weekday-based schedule—for example, "this exercise on Monday and Thursday."

• Weighted — record weight and reps per set
• Bodyweight — track reps or duration in seconds
• Your last session fills in automatically for quick entry
• Rest timer between sets
• Rate how you feel today on a 5-level scale

Set name, icon, priority, default sets, and schedule freely. View personal bests and past records per exercise. Look back day by day on the Calendar screen.
