Ratings and reviews

Works fine. Reasonably intuitive, easy to use, with all the typical features (battery level, update firmware, ANC on/off/transparency, EQ, preset EQ). Even gives you access to a user guide for your device. Would've like control of more frequencies in the 5 band EQ. It currently covers 100Hz to 10kHz but would've liked for it to cover up to at least 13kHz or so.

The application is working fine but for some reason I do not see it in the app drawer. When the app gets closed due to battery optimization (e.g. during weekends where I do not use my Technics earbuds at all), I need to go into either the Play Store or in the android settings->Apps in order to find the app and open it. This is very inconvenient and there's nothing I can do to fix it. My phone is a Samsung S23 Ultra.

Wasn't expecting much from app after some reviews but it's superb, better than other headphone brands I've used. Easy to use & the level of customisation is incredible. Down to the point you can eat the headphone colour you have so the icon is correct. Issues people seem to have raised are hardware issues because their buds are so old they've been damaged or their phone is force killing the app from what I can see.
