Ratings and reviews

It's not too bad. I spent a lot of money on Ubiquiti networking gear and now this app works a lot better. A little disappointing that it won't run at a reasonable level until you have a super solid network, it should really be tuned for the average home user. My old network gear was mid range Asus gear and this app in particular was always flaky until I upgraded everything. Still having occasional problems with Spotify not seeing both my devices, but I think it's more a Spotify issue.

Displays Deezer Music and Radio Stations that are in my playlists, but it will not play them. App seems pointless since I can playback via Bluetooth. Thought having my music all in one place would be pretty cool, but the point is being able to listen to it. Yamaha has a much better phone remote interface, so may sell the Marantz due to the poor performance of their app. Yamaha works. Heos does not. Plus I can access all my streaming apps without an additional app.

This is so buggy it's basically unusable. I didn't care about HEOS when I bought the receiver, but I was interested when I read that it might be capable of gapless playback, so I set it up. I haven't been able to try gapless playback because it constantly freezes and fails to properly list any songs. I'm happy with the receiver and don't need this. If you're buying some wireless thing that needs HEOS, or you think it might be a nice feature on a receiver, pass on this.
