do not ever buy the voucher/gift card of pantaloons, I lost 2301/- amount due to worst policy, they did not allow me unused balance of gift card, they directly deactivated my gift card, comparing with other brands they allow multiple time usage till you finish balance, but this company made weird policy of one time usage, they never shared me policy details before using the Gift Card so this is fraud, i chased to reissue the remaining balance to use remaining balance, but denied every time.

The quality of clothes ordered online is not good and when we return product to them, then we do not get back our money in case or in bank account , they credited in their app as a point, Which comes in the app after being detected, but when we use it for new purchase, it cannot be used completely.

I had a horrible experience with respect to goods that I bought, I did buy two forever glam bags from pantaloons store which can be shown in the app too but both the bags that I bought torn out within too little time and it's not such that the use is rough as the bag that has torn is not due to excessive use or rough use if wanted I can share pictures too . kindly respond to my query and do let me know the right platform to raise my query
