I have ordered 4 clothes from pentaloon app. the expected date of delivery was 31 August and on the delivery page showing - failed delivery - from day before yesterday. I had done the payment trusting this app. There is no cancellation option once you have paid. If you can't deliver the item then pay me back. guys do not make prepaid orders. Worst app seen till now. if there would have been the option of giving 0 or negative stars, I would have given the most negative star rating.

This app and the seller are very disappointing. They claim that the products are easy to return, but when you actually try to return the product, they don’t accept it. Very misleading and frustrating experience. I would not recommend buying from this app or seller. Please be careful before placing an order.

I have received a defective product and these people aren't able to arrange a reverse pick up from the last 25 days, every time it's a never ending new 48hrs TAT. And the worst part is that they HAVE INCORRECT GRIVANCE EMAIL mentioned on their website. I am not sure if they can do that. Praying to God to get this item returned somehow, will UNINSTALL THE APP immediately thereafter. I am done with them. The level of harassment, my god! It's a nightmare.
