worst app and slow server. I've added products and at payment it is again asking for last name and email id. if I give my mail id again, and click checkout, nothing happens and it is not proceeding further. it just irritates me. am a new user and is never allowing me to buy. don't you care for any new users?. I tried in 2 devices, and both the places had the same problem. the server is also very slow, whenever I click any link in the app/browser it is responding xtremly slow.

This app is terrible! When I purchase something, the same product keeps reappearing in my cart. Even after I remove it, the product shows up again, and I'm unable to delete it permanently. It's frustrating to have to remove the same item multiple times.

Pathetic app , and pathetic customer sevice. I do not even want to give 1 star. Whoever is the delivery partner for this app, it is ruining the reputation of pantaloons. It is better to do purchase from store. Customer care is very useless and not even helpful. They have there own set of rules which they want to force out to customer.
