This is one of the useless application for shopping that I have ever used. The return process is very complicated and they expect you to provide photos for all the items that you want to return in the specific sizes. There is no sense avoiding Amazon when you have this problems with indigenous application for shopping. Not at all recommended.

Very slow app . Need to improve & facing problem on return option. browsing also very slow .your return option is very lengthening process not so easy like other apps like ajio, Amazon, flipkart, Myntra etc. Please need to improve for smooth functioning.

Be careful while returning any product. Recently, I haven't received my refund against return. The amount is Rs. 2045. They say they had deposited in the source account but it has been many days I haven't received anything so far. First time purchase has turned out to be ridiculous.
