Got a wrong item through online booking. Attempts to have it returned through customer service and through email complaints showed no result. Finally I was told to return at max store in riffa, which I did with assurance I will get the refund. But, later I was told I will not get the refund! I lost 1.8 BD and the product as well, for no fault of mine. Worst experience with customer service of my life

I placed order. some items cancelled from there sides.but i didn't get my refund. i make a complaint 4,5 times. Still issue not resolved. It's very disappointing. and suggest everyone to not to use this app.

Keeps saying something went wrong, try again later. Chat on customer service doesn't work. It asks for attachment and then just closes the chat when you click on photo to attach... been trying for 2days to make a payment
