It's minesweeper, and that's good enough for me. I paid the three bucks to remove ads, so I can't really speak on whether they're overly intrusive or not, but it was worth three bucks to me. Again, I was looking for minesweeper and this does the job pretty well. Any complaints I have are about how bad I am at it compared to how good I falsely remembered myself being 25 years ago.

Edit. My bad. Payment problem was a Google thing. Upping a star for a solid app. But having to pay to get past an add that has volume is still problematic. Had to uninstall. Game was great and not to many ads but... the ads had volume, which i couldn't change in a setting. Tried to buy the ad free experience but got errors that don't occur with other apps. For a game it's great, but ads with volume and a non stable way to pay around it is a deal breaker.

Hi, thanks a lot for feedback! You can silence ads by changing media volume to 0 or by buying ad-free version.

I've ejoyed minesweepe for years, but this one 'for Androids' doesn't work right at the edges of the screen. If I remember, I'll make the screen bigger before marking the bomb. If I do that, then it works fine. If I don't remember & try to mark a bomb at the edge, it doesn't recognize my mark & the bomb explodes. Another dislike - the finished screen disappears too soon. I can't catch where the other bombs are located. I'll look for another minesweep game.
