Accept payments at the counter, remotely, or directly from your customers' phones — all from one app.
Paprika Merchant is designed for business owners who run a single company with one or multiple merchants: kiosks, outlets, branches, or rental rooms. Each merchant has its own QR code and notifications, and everything can be managed from one device.
THREE WAYS TO ACCEPT PAYMENTS
• Dynamic QRIS — enter the amount, generate a single-use QR code, and then show it to the customer. The status automatically changes once the payment is received, complete with a countdown to the expiration date.
• Payment Link — create a payment link with a title, customer name, and invoice number (automatically generated or self-filled). Share it via WhatsApp, SMS, or email using a pre-composed message, or display the QR code for instant scanning.
• Scan Customer QRIS (CPM) — point the camera at the QRIS in the customer's e-wallet or banking app, enter the amount, and then bill. Available if this feature is enabled for your merchant.
KNOW EXACTLY WHEN YOUR MONEY RECEIVES
Successful payments appear immediately on the screen, accompanied by a notification and voice announcement stating the amount. Cashiers don't have to stare at the screen when the line is long.
MONITOR ALL MERCHANTS
• Company dashboard: today's total, number of transactions, and new transactions across all merchants
• Merchant dashboard: received today, average per transaction, total for the month, and recent activity
• Complete transaction history with payment type and date range filters — 7, 30, 90 days, or choose your own range
• Details of each transaction: method, reference number, time, and status
PRODUCT CALCULATOR
Save a list of products and their prices, quickly search for them, then tap to calculate the total bill without manual calculations. Product lists can be exported and imported, making them easy to transfer to other devices or back up.
PRINT AND SHARE
Print the payment QR code to your counter's thermal printer, save it as an image, or share it directly with customers.

BEFORE YOU START
Paprika Merchant is an app for registered merchants. You will need a company code and a merchant code from your admin or service provider to log in. The app requires an internet connection, camera permission to scan QR codes, and notification permission to receive payment notifications.
