I downloaded the app to receive my digital photo I bought but the app won't even open. its stuck on the main screen. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it but its still stuck...

not even working on Android, it have 3 android devices and it does not work on any of them had to use my kids ipad, works fine with apple
