April 2017 update to my review - so after many emails to them explaining the fault as mention and that I will not risk losing my data trying to use the app and sendimg proof of purchase still NO REFUND and only get back email asking for the same things over again OMG. I use think this was a great developer but this year they have shown absolutely no regards for customer service or satisfaction and just want our one for an app that months after release still does not work even tho the the older original one still does. Sadly I thought was going to be brilliant turned out not to be. I paid for the full version only to have serious problems with this part of their software. Emailed them about it a while back and still no update fix or offer of a refund. When ever I try to access both an NTFS hard drive and a FAT32 or X-FAT hard drive it will start the transfer of files but then stops, freezes my devices. On both my S5 on M and S7edge on N i have to force a restart but on my Lenovo Tab2 A10-70F running Android L it just restarts it. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. I am now back to using the older version of this Plugin and have blocked it from Updating as this is the only way in which I can get it to work. No mention of refund, no news on update to fix this issue, we should be entitled to a full refund until they have sorted this problem out. It is not my devices as this is happening across different manufactures devices and different versions of Android. It seems to be fine if your only using one file type format like FAT32 to FAT32 and if it were my devices then why does the older version seem to work fine? Please sort this out or offer refunds.
It crashed my 2TB drive. After installation, I provided the app full access to USB after the prompt. Then, the hard drive made a click sound. And it's gone forever, Even not detecting in PC.
"exfat trial is only available online due to Microsoft license limiration!" I AM connected to the internet. I even disabled wifi and tried again with my data plan. Junk app
Hey, can I have a refund? I tried to copy my files to my WD ext drive (NTFS), and it keeps give 'error 5', 'error 3', 'can't connect to usb'.. I've already give storage permission (and contact, too, really?).. Please just give my money back, okay. Thanks.
Required access to Contacts, refused to work without it. This is a File System access plug in. And it wants all your Contacts. Uninstalled on the spot. Upd: Not satisfied with dev response, no change to review.
Great for mobile USB/device access. Stopped working suddenly (flickering mount button). Re-install fixed the problem. My inquiry was answered very fast.
