This is a terrible communication app for teams. It relies on text notification to tell you there is a new message. But those of us working in restaurants don't have the luxury of holding our phones in our hands the entire shift. We need an audible notification. But they turn a deaf ear to our needs. As a result, we don't get shifts properly covered. We don't get assistance on critical issues because no one sees the message in time. The app is hardly free. We paid a whole lot of money for JUNK.

my work recently started using this app and it don't work..it don't load past the first screen..should probably fix the problem
