- View your pending packages and package history.

- Open the locker doors with the push of a button (when Bluetooth is enabled).

So far, I have had a great experience with parcel pending. I like the fact that my packages are in a climate controlled area as I live in Phoenix and it can be super hot here in a mailbox outdoors or on a front porch. The kiosk is very easy to use. So far so good! The vacation feature in the app is easy to use as well for when you are out of town. Lastly, the reminders make sure you don't forget you have a package to pick up.

How do you have an app that defaults to notifications being blocked and then doesn't give you the option to turn notifications on when the whole point is to notify you of a package. That is ridiculous. I get the text and email options are on there but in a situation where there maybe multiple people in a household, that lack of feature isnt helpful.

App is (sort of) useable but has several inexcusably bad bugs. For example, I can't update my contact information or change my preferences for how it notifies me of packages. No matter what I do, it tells me that an occupant with my first and last name already exists ... Um, yeah, that's me, and I'm not trying to add an occupant! It also sometimes registers my packages under my wife's account even when they're addressed to me, so I don't get notified when they arrive. Pathetic.
