Not everything works Trip planner gives an error. Tried closing, deleting app, to no avail. Get this fixed and I'll re-evaluate.
Completely broken Well it worked fine until today. Monthly pass won't display. Updated, no go. Reinstalled... now it won't even open, saying data not found. That's great, I had half a month left that I can't use now.
Horrible You would think with the thousands of dollars this company (DART) makes in fees, they would be able to create an app that: A) Loads product information reliably. B) Doesn't lose your stored payment information. And C) Is the LEAST bit consumer-focused.
Up until last week app was fine. Now Trip planner does not work. Need this as well as tickets. Not very helpful. May as well use other apps that show directions, and go back to cash. Also why does it drain my much needed battery life??
Frustrated The plan a trip function used to work perfectly fine until the last update. Now it doesn't work at all. The where's my bus worked better also and was more accurate than arriving soon which now means within 5 min. That is IF the bus location is on. If it is off than it is no help. The app is now only good for a daily pass. Even when on the bus I see less people actually using the app now. Recent updates just caused issues. Fix the app ao ot actually works again and I'll change my rating.
Frustrating When it works it good , but most of the time it's useless , can't use the where's my bus portion of the app
